Goal
Another quench analysis example with a robust 12T larger aperture magnet to describe ROXIE Quench Simulations settings.
Description
The quench simulation widget describes various empirical parameters on the quench detection threshold, heater delays, turn-to-turn propagation velocity etc. Ensure that the preview (LTOPO)” in Quench Simulation menu is active, in order to view the correct winding numbering. In this usercase scenario the tempetatures in conductors around the quench location are plotted. The handbook describes all the required steps to build, simulate and post-precess the model.
